Objective: analyze the aspects of the population's accessibility to a UBS and the characteristics of the use of services. Method: A descriptive study of data extracted from the InfoSaúde-DF Portal, e-SUS-AB, and Geoportal of the Federal District Government. Georeferencing and maps created in QGIS software. Results: The records of 6,811 patients attended in the period 2017-2020 were analyzed; 80% lived within a perimeter of 2.28 km from the health unit, in an area of slopes, busy streets and poor sidewalks; 67.1% spontaneously demanded care; the rate of service use was significantly higher for those living 500m from the UBS and among women up to 35 years old. Nursing technicians and physicians performed most of the recorded care. Altered UBS attendance rhythm in the first wave of COVID-19. Conclusion: the factors that influence the accessibility and use of services must be monitored for the continuous improvement of PHC.
