Applications of the Unified Protocol in Health Conditions

Abstract People diagnosed with different health conditions often experience emotional disorders or anxiety and depressive symptoms at some point. The Unified Protocol (UP) offers the possibility to improve emotion regulation difficulties contributing to the emotional disorder symptoms (including comorbidity) and other affective components related to the physical disease.
