Representaciones literarias de las minorías en la narrativa española de la edad de plata (1898-1936)

This collective volume aims to link literary representations of minorities in Spanish narrative of the Silver Age (1898–1936) with the political, intellectual, and aesthetic challenges of modern times, identifying recurring writing practices that depict their defining traits. It examines minorities seen as especially qualified individuals, in Ortega y Gasset’s sense, and minorities as numerically small, non-dominant groups, following Karla Pérez Portilla’s concept.
